The Altra Experience Flow 2 Women's Running shoe, has an all new Altra EGO P35 midsole foam, for a light and efficient feel. The Flow 2 also incorporates an upgraded heel fit, for a light and efficient feel. Ideal for daily workouts or long training runs, it has a low 4mm drop which encourages a natural foot position and complements the shoe's rocker shape geometry for an efficient toe-off and a smooth, quick roll through your stride. It’s got the same roomy toe box you know and love so you can move as you were designed to. With the Experience Flow 2, you’ll enjoy an effortless run with the perfect blend of comfort, performance, and style.
It's normal for your feet to swell slightly when running, especially over longer distances. We recommend ensuring your running shoes have enough room to account for this and to allow your toes to spread comfortably, by leaving approximately a thumbs width of space between the end of your longest toe and the front tip of the shoe. This will help to reduce the risk of bruised toenails, blisters or numbness.
Running shoe sizes can vary slightly from brand to brand but we generally advise wearing at least half a size bigger than your regular shoe size.
