Privacy

Updated 28 September 2026

We collect as little as we can. There are no accounts, no advertising cookies, and nothing is sold or shared for marketing.

Analytics, only if you say yes

With your permission we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages help: the pages you view, what you search for, which products and shops you click, your device and browser type, and a rough location (country and city) that Google works out from your connection. Google does not store your IP address in Analytics, and we never see anything that identifies you by name.

It sets two cookies, _ga and _ga_<id>, which last up to two years. Google processes the data for us under its data processing terms, which can involve transfer to the US. Detailed event data is kept for no more than 14 months. Every advertising feature is switched off.

If you say no, or don't answer, Google Analytics is not loaded at all. The site works exactly the same either way. You can change your mind at any time, and saying no removes the cookies:

Kept in your browser, never sent to us

The shoe and clothing sizes you set, the products you've recently viewed, and your cookie choice are saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers them. They stay on your device. Clear your browser's site data to remove them.

Shops and email

When you click out to a retailer, their privacy policy applies from that point on. Affiliate networks may set a cookie on the retailer's side to credit us with the sale.

If you email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as it takes to deal with, then delete it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. The legal basis for analytics is your consent, which you can withdraw above. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
