Advice for Road Runners: The Brooks Men's Ghost Max 4 Running Shoes have a high-stacked midsole and rocker geometry to make the daily miles feel easier. A wide-based midsole is designed to offer great stability.
The curved midsole - named GlideRoll™ Rocker - is designed to help the transition from landing to take-off, while reducing the pressure in the calf and ankle area.
Nitrogen-infused DNA LOFT v3 cushioning offers a soft and plush underfoot feel. The high-stack also means it should feel very protective.
Importantly, the midsole offers lots of support. This is because the base is very broad.
