Advice for Road Runners: The Brooks Women's Ghost Max 3 Running Shoes have a high-stacked midsole and rocker geometry to make the daily miles feel easier. A wide-based midsole is designed to offer great stability.
A thick layer of premium nitrogen-infused DNA LOFT v3 cushioning offers lots of underfoot comfort.
One of the key features is the GlideRoll™ rocker technology. This is because the curved geometry actively assists heel-to-toe transitions. This is likely to work well for runners who have limited range of motion in their ankle joint, or have tight calf muscles.
