The Altra Experience Flow Men's Running Shoe, formerly known as the AltraFWD Experience, feels smooth, effortless, and efficient. Ideal for daily workouts or long training runs, it has a low 4 mm drop that encourages natural foot position and complements the shoe’s rocker shape geometry for an efficient toe-off and a smooth, quick roll through your stride. It’s got the same lightweight and responsive compression-molded midsole foam for performance and the same roomy toe box you know and love so you can move as you were designed to. With the Experience, you’ll enjoy an effortless run with the perfect blend of comfort, performance, and style.
Midsole: Lightweight compression-molded EVA foam
It's normal for your feet to swell slightly when running, especially over longer distances. We recommend ensuring your running shoes have enough room to account for this and to allow your toes to spread comfortably, by leaving approximately a thumbs width of space between the end of your longest toe and the front tip of the shoe. This will help to reduce the risk of bruised toenails, blisters or numbness.
Running shoe sizes can vary slightly from brand to brand but we generally advise wearing at least half a size bigger than your regular shoe size.
