A 1950s Japanese bowling shirt translated into a technical running T.

Already a translation of American sporting culture through a Japanese lens, this bowling shirt became a canvas for team identity, artwork and personal expression. This piece carries that lineage forward into a garment built for running.

The original graphic composition is transferred in full through a high-resolution garment print process onto mid-weight Italian mesh, preserving the character and detail of the source while creating a lightweight layer built for movement.

Front, back and sleeve details preserve the visual language of the original shirt, carrying the character of a vintage sporting uniform into a new expression of running apparel.
