The Fresh Foam 1080v9 London Edition has been released to celebrate the marathon, of which New Balance are a main sponsor. It's design includes use of vibrant colours and special edition detailing. After collecting data from runners, New Balance have updated the 1080 to give it the best cushioning yet, thanks to the Fresh Foam full length midsole, which gives a more natural feel when you run. It also includes an improved, roomier toe box to help your foot move more freely and a double jacquard, engineered mesh upper that provides maximum breathability. The ultra heel construction in the rearfoot can only add to this comfort and data grooves on the outsole deliver great flexibility with every stride. Inside the shoe the Ortholite® sockliner helps towards a great fit that feels secure on your foot.
