Premium MIZUNO ENERZY NXT foam offers a soft and highly cushioned underfoot experience. This material makes up a significant proportion of the midsole.
The rearfoot area features MIZUNO WAVE cushioning. While this still offers great comfort, this design improves the inherent stability of the cushioning - making it an ideal option for heel strikers.
A broad-based construction also improves the underfoot stability and helps smooth out transitions from landing to take-off.
