Advice for Road Runners: The True Motion Women's U-TECH Nevos 3 Running Shoes feature a unique construction that should reduce the likelihood of knee and Achilles tendon injuries.
True Motion's U-TECH™ cushioning mirrors the natural shape of your anatomy at the heel area. As a result, the forces of landing are more likely to be directed through the centre of the your ankle and knee joint. This, in turn, should reduce torsional stress and prevent excessive loading - the likely cause of many common running related injuries.
As U-TECH foam offers around 75% energy return, the True Motion U-TECH Nevos 3 Running Shoes should feel cushioned and energetic to run in. The MotionBridge in the midfoot also improves energy transfer.
Please note: these are intended to be suitable for runners who have previously used neutral or stability running shoes.
