NITROFOAM™ Elite is PUMA's premium performance foam technology, providing pinnacle responsiveness in an extremely lightweight package. The foam delivers the energy return needed during 1km running intervals whilst remaining protective across repeated high-intensity efforts. A carbon fibre PWRPLATE sits within the midsole, engineered to maximise energy transfer and deliver a propulsive ride. The plate provides stability during transitions between running and station work, maintaining foot position when moving from running mechanics to functional fitness movements.
