OTE Hydro Tabs are one of the best ways to help your body rehydrate.  Each tablet is naturally flavoured, light, refreshing and contains the important electrolytes sodium, potassium and magnesium.

With only 8 kcal per tablet, OTE Hydro Tabs have been developed for use during all sports where maintaining hydration status is important to maintaining performance. They are also perfect for using when you are exercising in hot or humid conditions, or working outdoors.

Hydro Tabs can also be used pre-exercise to ensure you are hydrated before your workout, especially leading into long, hard endurance events.

Acid (citric acid), acidity regulator, sodium hydrogen carbonate, humectant sorbitol, maltodextrin, inulin, flavouring, sodium chloride, sweetener steviol glycosidesfrom stevia, starch, calcium carbonate, potassium chloride, tricalcium phosphate, magnesium carbonate,  zinc sulphate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, vitamin B6, riboflavin 5′ – phosphate-sodium (vitamin B2), thiamini hydrochloride (vitamin B1).
