The On Women's Movement 3/4 Tights in the Navy | Stratosphere colourway are suitable for a number of different types of exercise.

There are two pockets. One on the outside of the right leg. The other is a discreet pocket in the waistband. Neither of the pockets have zips. A zip could press into you if you were exercising on a yoga or fitness mat.

The fabric is incredibly soft and has a lot of stretch. On has designed these tights to stay in place as you exercise, thanks to the high-cut waistband. Also designed to last for a long time.

These tights have an athletic fit and should be true to size. However, if you are between sizes, it would be a good idea to go for the larger size. These are not compression tights, but they are designed to be tight fitting.
