Advice for Track Runners: The Nike Rival Sprint Track & Field Sprinting Spikes are for events ranging from 60m to 400m, including hurdle events.
An updated 3/4-length plate is designed to help you stay on your toes while you're sprinting. It should deliver a snappy underfoot feel.
The six replaceable spikes provide traction on all track surfaces. For the avoidance of doubt, the actual spikes can be changed for spikes of different heights and/or material.
When it comes to slowing down once you've crossed the finish line, rubber at the heel helps with providing traction for braking.
