These spikes are designed to balance the need for cushioning and protection with the responsiveness needed when upping the pace. Additional cushioning in the heel and midfoot protects against the impact of longer efforts. It also ensures a quick and smooth transition through to the forefoot. The spike plate design enhances propulsion on toe-off and features highly durable and lightweight ceramic aluminium spikes.

The single layer mesh upper provides a secure fit and excellent breathability, while also minimising movement within the shoe. A midfoot band optimises support around the arch area.

Ideally suited to track events up to 10000m, the Nike Unisex Zoom Rival Distance Track Spikes are highly versatile. Their flexibility, protection and responsiveness mean they are highly adaptable.
