The Nike Zoom Fly 3 Women's Running Shoe has been inspired by the Vaporfly to give you comfort and durability. Between the layers of resilient Nike React foam is the innovative carbon fibre plate that fits around your heel and runs the whole length of the shoe to deliver a more flexible, snappy feel when you run. The upper contains VaporWeave fabric to give you a more sock-like fit with a lacing system that will mould around your foot when you tie them.

A full-length Nike React midsole balances cushioning and responsiveness with lightweight, durable foam that delivers an extremely smooth ride.

A lightweight upper evokes the look of fast, while the inner sleeve and a low collar conform to your foot in a racing fit.

A carbon fiber plate inside the midsole can shrink or expand the amount of fiber layers for maximal flexibility in your stride.
