Nrgy Drink 45 - Single Serving provides 45 grams of glucose and fructose in the scientifically validated 1:0.8 ratio, along with electrolytes lost in sweat. The single-serving sachet makes it a practical fueling option during training and racing.

Mix 1 serving (1 sachet) with 500 ml of water. This creates a drink with 45 grams of carbohydrates.
