The La Sportiva Prodigio 2 is a versatile all-rounder built for everything from easy trail runs to gruelling endurance races. A breathable high-tenacity 3D mesh upper keeps feet cool and dry across steep, sweaty ascents, whilst the nitrogen-injected XFlow™ foam midsole and footbed deliver superior cushioning and explosive energy return mile after mile. The nitrogen-injected XFlow™ foam midsole and XFlow™ footbed — incorporating 100% recycled supercritical foam — work together to deliver reactive cushioning and energy return across every stride. At 34mm heel and 28mm forefoot stack height with a 6mm drop, the platform sits naturally underfoot with enough protection for long-distance efforts without sacrificing ground feel on technical sections. An ergonomic wrapping system cradles the foot and keeps the shoe firmly in place across varied terrain.

The dual-compound FriXion® Red outsole is engineered for both durability and grip.
