Fine-tuned from its predecessor with reduced weight and stack height, an updated convex carbon fibre plate and a more engaged stance, it delivers the same gravity-defying ride with a more secure, connected feel underfoot. The secret lies in the convex carbon fibre plate — engineered to compress and spring back with each step, creating a suspended, lively sensation that sets the Skyward X 2 apart from conventional max-cushioned trainers. A PEBA foam midsole provides plush cushioning and exceptional energy return, whilst super-critically foamed EVA adds responsive cushioning throughout. The updated plate geometry puts runners in a more engaged stance without losing any of the cloud-like feel that defines the Skyward platform.

A luxurious creel jacquard upper delivers a sock-like feel with elevated materials and zonal structure. A zonally padded tongue adds comfort across extended efforts, whilst a tongue lace loop mitigates migration mid-run. Sticky rubber in the forefoot provides grip on varied road surfaces, and Durabrasion rubber at the heel combats the high-wear zones that daily mileage demands. Reflective details throughout keep you visible from dawn to dusk.
