Clif Bloks are energy chews. They provide a semi-solid, easy-to-chew source of carbohydrates for when you need a quick burst of energy.

A packet contains six Clif Bloks. Recommended consumption may depend on activity levels, but it is not recommended to consume more than 12 pieces (individual cubes/chews) per day. Eating three to six pieces (individual cubes/chews) per hour - whilst not exceeding the total daily dose - is recommended.

Always drink water after consuming this product.

Warnings: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements are not to be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Product must be stored out of reach of young children.
