Clif Bloks are energy chews. They provide a semi-solid, easy-to-chew source of carbohydrates for when you need a quick burst of energy.

Please note that this product contains caffeine. Non-caffeinated flavours of Clif Bloks are available.

A packet contains six Clif Bloks. Recommended consumption may depend on activity levels, but it is not recommended to consume more than 4 pieces (individual cubes/chews) per day. Eating three to four pieces (individual cubes/chews) per hour - whilst not exceeding the total daily dose - is recommended. The recommend consumption of non-caffeinated Clif Bloks Energy Chews is higher than this caffeinated flavour.
