Advice for Road Runners: The Brooks Men's Ghost Max 3 Running Shoes have a high-stacked midsole and rocker geometry to make the daily miles feel easier. A wide-based midsole is designed to offer great stability.
A thick layer of premium nitrogen-infused DNA LOFT v3 cushioning offers lots of underfoot comfort.
One of the key features is the GlideRoll™ rocker technology. This is because the curved geometry actively assists heel-to-toe transitions. This is likely to work well for runners who have limited range of motion in their ankle joint, or have tight calf muscles.
Additionally, while the Brooks Ghost Max 3 are neutral running shoes, the broad base offers a lot of support. This means this model should work well for runners who have a small amount of instability in their feet and ankles.
