Advice for Road Runners: The Brooks Men's Ghost AMP Running Shoes are designed to deliver a bouncy and energised ride. This model offers great performance across a range of paces.
The Ghost AMP midsole is made from a nitrogen-infused PEBA/EVA blend - named DNA HYPE cushioning. This results in a bouncy underfoot feel.
A key feature to note is the SpringRamp technology in the forefoot. This is a co-moulded section of firmer DNA HYPE foam, that improves propulsion at toe off.
Overall, the Ghost AMP midsole feels very light and agile underfoot.
