Advice for Trail Runners: The Brooks Women's Cascadia 20 Running Shoes are designed to deliver great grip on technical terrain, and lots of protection for long-distance trail runs.
A Vibram® MegaGrip with Traction Lug outsole - with 4 mm lugs - offers exceptional traction on both wet and dry surfaces.
Brooks' Trail Adapt Technology improves stability and flexibility on uneven terrain. This is down to the combination of a wide base, coupled with segmented pods. The flex points ensures the midsole/outsole moves with the terrain.
A thick layer of nitrogen-infused DNA FLASH v2 cushioning offers a high degree of protection for long-distance runs and sections of firm ground.
