This updated foam is more pliable, for added cushion and response.

An updated full-length carbon fiber plate delivers a 14% increase in asymmetry, allowing for a more natural (and probably faster) stride. This redesign overhaul combined with additional flex grooves in the outsole gives you 75% improved flexibility.
