From Altra
The Altra Torin 8 is the ultimate everyday road running shoe, carefully refined to balance luxurious, high-stack cushioning with an effortlessly natural stride. Built on Altra's signature zero-drop platform, this neutral trainer features a generous 30mm stack height of upgraded Altra EGO™ MAX midsole foam. The updated foam delivers a noticeably softer, more responsive underfoot feel and enhanced energy return over long road miles.
Designed for complete step-in comfort, the shoe introduces a redesigned Jacquard mesh upper that maximises breathability while working in harmony with a plush, moulded heel collar. This ensures a secure, slip-free midfoot lockdown and an irritatingly perfect fit from your very first mile. Whether you are logging daily marathon training loops, heading out for recovery runs, or spending long hours walking on hard surfaces, it provides a stable, highly flexible base that keeps your feet fresh and supported.
Altra EGO™ MAX Midsole: A high-cushion 30mm stack of premium foam yields a plush, ultra-comfortable ride with an improved, energetic bounce.
Zero-Drop Balanced Cushioning™: Evenly aligns your heel and forefoot to encourage lower-impact landing mechanics and healthier running posture.
