From Altra

The Altra Timp 6 GTX is a highly versatile, high-cushioned trail running and hiking shoe engineered to dominate sloppy, wet, and unpredictable off-road terrain. This weatherproof powerhouse features a premium GORE-TEX Invisible Fit upper, which bonds the waterproof membrane directly to the material. This design seals out rain, mud, and slush completely while maintaining a lightweight, flexible, and exceptionally breathable feel. Equipped with a plush 30mm stack height of bounce-back Altra EGO™ MAX midsole cushioning and a rugged, redesigned Vibram® Megagrip outsole, it serves as the ultimate all-rounder for everything from technical mountain ascents to long, damp days fast-packing on the trails.

GORE-TEX Invisible Fit: Premium waterproof protection is integrated directly into the upper to block external moisture without adding stiff bulk.

Vibram® Megagrip Outsole: High-performance sticky rubber compound paired with redesigned, rugged lugs offers elite-tier traction on slick rock and muddy paths.

Altra EGO™ MAX Midsole: A high-cushion 30mm stack of luxurious foam provides a smooth, energy-returning ride that reduces impact fatigue over ultra-distances.
