Advice for Trail Runners: The Altra Women's Timp 5 Running Shoes should help you to confidently take on the challenges of trail running. The Timp 5 provide a great combination of grip and cushioning.
The midsole is made of Altra's EGO™ MAX compound. This creates a midsole which is lightweight, responsive and highly cushioned.
In comparison to the Timp 4, the Timp 5 received a major outsole update. The outsole is now made of Vibram™ Megagrip. Importantly, this outsole provides great traction on both wet and dry surfaces.
The combination of the midsole and outsole should mean that you can comfortably and confidently run over challenging terrains.
