The Altra Provision 8 Women's Running Shoe offers the support you're used to, but only when you need it. With Natural Fit, including a roomy toe box to allow your foot to spread the way it wants to and a zero to low, it's designed to allow you to move the way you're designed to. The medial GuideRail™ technology offers support, but only when needed and Altra EGO™, a dual-nature midsole compound that's built to provide ultimate responsiveness and comfort from start to finish. The engineered mesh upper has a a new sleek and highly breathable design and the heel collar has been updated to ensure a more secure fit.

It's normal for your feet to swell slightly when running, especially over longer distances. We recommend ensuring your running shoes have enough room to account for this and to allow your toes to spread comfortably, by leaving approximately a thumbs width of space between the end of your longest toe and the front tip of the shoe. This will help to reduce the risk of bruised toenails, blisters or numbness.

Running shoe sizes can vary slightly from brand to brand but we generally advise wearing at least half a size bigger than your regular shoe size.
