The Altra Olympus 6 Women's Trail Shoe is Altra's plushiest trail shoe. With a new and improved design it will help you to tackle any terrain. The max-cushioned, responsive midsole is still there along with the footshape toebox that allows your toes to relax and spread naturally. New features include an updated mesh upper for added breathability and Achilles pillow for a more comfortable feel. The Vibram® Megagrip outsole has an updated lug pattern for increased durability, stability, and the traction you need to stay upright on technical terrain.

Midsole: Plush compression-molded EVA foam

It's normal for your feet to swell slightly when running, especially over longer distances. We recommend ensuring your running shoes have enough room to account for this and to allow your toes to spread comfortably, by leaving approximately a thumbs width of space between the end of your longest toe and the front tip of the shoe. This will help to reduce the risk of bruised toenails, blisters or numbness.

Running shoe sizes can vary slightly from brand to brand but we generally advise wearing at least half a size bigger than your regular shoe size.
