The midsole is where the Ultraboost 5 earns its reputation. Light BOOST technology uses hundreds of tightly packed energy capsules that compress and rebound with every footstrike, delivering consistent energy return across both short and long efforts. With a 39mm heel and 29mm forefoot stack and a 10mm drop, the geometry keeps the ride feeling natural whilst the cushioning absorbs the miles. A moulded external heel counter provides rear-foot support, whilst the Torsion System adds midfoot stability through every stride.
