The adidas Supernova 3 GTX Men's Running Shoe is designed to offer reliable comfort, whatever the weather. Built with a highly breathable upper that has a waterproof lining to protect in the rain but still allowing your foot to breathe. The Continental™ WinterGrip™ rubber outsole has maximum traction on wet surfaces to help prevent slipping on wet surfaces. The responsive Boost midsole includes the most responsive cushioning ever from adidas with a faster energy return and super-lightweight feel. Made using a series of recycled materials with the upper at least 50% recycled content.

It's normal for your feet to swell slightly when running, especially over longer distances. We recommend ensuring your running shoes have enough room to account for this and to allow your toes to spread comfortably, by leaving approximately a thumbs width of space between the end of your longest toe and the front tip of the shoe. This will help to reduce the risk of bruised toenails, blisters or numbness.
