One gel provides you with 20g of carbohydrates, enough energy for 20 minutes of moderate to intense exercise. The natural lemon & lime flavour, containing real fruit juice concentrate and also provides a refreshing fruity taste in an easy to consume, almost liquid-like consistency. Our packaging design is simple and compact, to make sure you can consume the energy gel quickly when you need it most.
