The adidas Solar Glide ST 3 Women's Running Shoe is the perfect shoe for long distance runners. It offers comfort and support over the miles with the help of the Solar Propulsion Rail that guides your foot while the responsive midsole ensures a smoother run. Dual-density Boost cushioning on the medial side ensures a more energised stability. The outsole has been designed to be flexible and allow a more natural movement in your foot as well as giving great traction in all conditions. The mesh upper is extremely breathable and the Fitwing tongue extends along and around the foot for added support.

It's normal for your feet to swell slightly when running, especially over longer distances. We recommend ensuring your running shoes have enough room to account for this and to allow your toes to spread comfortably, by leaving approximately a thumbs width of space between the end of your longest toe and the front tip of the shoe. This will help to reduce the risk of bruised toenails, blisters or numbness.

Running shoe sizes can vary slightly from brand to brand but we generally advise wearing at least half a size bigger than your regular shoe size.
