The adidas Solar Glide 19 Women's Running Shoe has been designed with greater cushioning and flexibility which means it can energise and stabilise your running, mile after mile. This makes the Solar Glide an ideal road running shoe for everyday use and longer distances. The outsole has been designed to be extremely flexible and allow a more natural movement of your foot. It also offers great traction in all weather conditions. The mesh upper is highly breathable for comfort and will also stretch with your foot which is again important to the natural movement. The newly engineered Fitwing tongue extends along and around the foot for added support.

It's normal for your feet to swell slightly when running, especially over longer distances. We recommend ensuring your running shoes have enough room to account for this and to allow your toes to spread comfortably, by leaving approximately a thumbs width of space between the end of your longest toe and the front tip of the shoe. This will help to reduce the risk of bruised toenails, blisters or numbness.
