The adidas adizero XCS Cross Country Spike will help maintain a confident stride in the toughest conditions . The Bounce midsole delivers lightweight cushioning and flex where you need it for a comfortable feel. The five-pin rubber outsole provides traction on grass, dirt and mud to help you stay on pace and finish strong. Made in part with recycled content generated from production waste, e.g. cutting scraps, and post-consumer household waste to avoid the larger environmental impact of producing virgin content.

It's normal for your feet to swell slightly when running, especially over longer distances. We recommend ensuring your running shoes have enough room to account for this and to allow your toes to spread comfortably, by leaving approximately a thumbs width of space between the end of your longest toe and the front tip of the shoe. This will help to reduce the risk of bruised toenails, blisters or numbness.
