Glass-fibre infused ENERGYRODS are more flexible than the carbon-infused ones that feature in the Adizero Adios Pro 4 Running Shoes. Ultimately, this means the Boston 12 should offer a more comfortable experience across a greater range of paces. However, you'll still experience a lot of extra propulsion.
