The adidas Adizero Adios 8 Women's Running Shoe combines lightweight, low profile design and responsive midsole to bring you a racing all-rounder, perfect for racing or speed sessions. The breathable mesh upper has been stripped back to make it the lightest version ever while still providing the same locked in fit to help you with speed. The ENERGYTORSION ROD 2.0 is now embedded in the midsole and includes a new third rod running from the midfoot to the forefoot for a snappy toe-off. Experience an enhanced low-stack midsole construction with the combination of LIGHTSTRIKE PRO foam in the forefoot and the all-new LIGHTSTRIKE 2.0 in the heel and midfoot area, giving you a more cushioned landing and a dynamic spring feeling. Continental™ rubber on the outsole provides superior grip in all road racing conditions.

It's normal for your feet to swell slightly when running, especially over longer distances. We recommend ensuring your running shoes have enough room to account for this and to allow your toes to spread comfortably, by leaving approximately a thumbs width of space between the end of your longest toe and the front tip of the shoe. This will help to reduce the risk of bruised toenails, blisters or numbness.
