Refreshing, naturally flavoured, low calorie electrolyte tablets that just need to be added to water to aid hydration before, during or after exercise.

These tabs are the best way to help your body rehydrate thanks to the naturally flavoured and refreshing taste. One tablet dissolves in 500ml of water and have been developed for use where hydration status is important to optimising performance. They are also perfect when exercising in hot or humid conditions or working outdoors. With only 8kcal per tablet, you don't need to worry about using these tablets round your normal diet.

These tablets can be used before exercise to ensure you are hydrated before your workout, especially leading into long, hard endurance events.
