This gel delivers 40g of carbohydrate per 66g gel and will provide you with double the energy of a standard gel! Natural flavouring has been used to bring you a delicious cherry flavour; thus, comes from real fruit juice concentrate.

Multiple energy substrate with thanks to carbohydrate in the form of maltodextrin and fructose. Research shows that the more carbohydrate (up to 90g per hour) can be absorbed and delivered to working muscle when multiple energy substrate is used compared to using maltodextrin alone. A balanced amount of electrolytes help promote fluid uptake and to keep you hydrated during exercise.
