The best way to help your body rehydrate thanks to the naturally flavoured and refreshing taste. One tablet dissolves in 500ml of water and have been developed for use where hydration status is important to optimising performance. They are also perfect when exercising in hot or humid conditions or working outdoors. With only 8kcal per tablet, you don't need to worry about using these tablets round your normal diet.

Acid (citric acid), acidity regulator, sodium hydrogen carbonate, natural flavouring, humectant sorbitol, maltodextrin, inulin, sodium chloride, sweetener (steviol glycosides), starch, calcium carbonate, potassium chloride, tricalcium phosphate, magnesium carbonate, red beet juice powder, (maltodextrin, red beet juice powder) zinc sulphate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, vitamin B6, vitamin B2, vitamin B1.

Easy to eat and digest, plus provide a great way of taking carbohydrates on board during exercise. Each chew is light and refreshing, flavoured naturally, free from artificial sweeteners and colours. It comes as one bar, but can be easily split up into three individual chews containing 7g of carbs.
