The Cloudflow 4 is a road shoe from On.

The On Cloudflow 4 Men's Running Shoe is even more lightweight and responsive than before. CloudTec® in Helion™ dual-density superfoam has been added throughout the shoe, making impact even softer than before. It's also more responsive to help you maintain your speed and a spoon-shaped nylon blend Speedboard® has been added that's stiff and strong but light, to help you roll forward. The upper is also constructed with speed in mind using ultra-light woven materials that are highly breathable. A great shoe for both training and racing.

CloudTec® in Helion™ dual-density superfoam

It's normal for your feet to swell slightly when running, especially over longer distances. We recommend ensuring your running shoes have enough room to account for this and to allow your toes to spread comfortably, by leaving approximately a thumbs width of space between the end of your longest toe and the front tip of the shoe. This will help to reduce the risk of bruised toenails, blisters or numbness.

Running shoe sizes can vary slightly from brand to brand but we generally advise wearing at least half a size bigger than your regular shoe size.
