The Nike Zoom Rival S 9 Unisex Track Spike is ideal for sprint events ranging from 60m to 400m. It's been updated to be even lighter with single-layer mesh that enhances breathability, along with the Flywire cables that encourage a more secure, locked-in support for the midfoot. The plate design has been updated, with eight spikes to provide better traction and transition. It has Phylon foam for cushioning and the spike plate extends further back to offer more stability but without the bulk.
