Nike Dragonfly 2 - Elite long-distance track spike engineered for speed

The Nike Dragonfly 2 represents the evolution of one of athletics' fastest long-distance spikes. Built for 1500m through 10,000m racing and critical track workouts, this elite spike combines full-length ZoomX foam with a lighter, more responsive plate and refined four-spike configuration to deliver propulsive speed with enhanced stability around bends.

The updated design features a slightly wider midfoot and forefoot compared to the original Dragonfly, improving stability on straightaways and particularly through turns—crucial when racing in tight packs or accelerating out of corners. A strategic four-spike plate replaces the previous six-spike design, whilst an elevated platform on the big-toe side and revised heel structure provide additional stability without compromising lightweight performance.
