Nduranz Bicarb delivers the buffering power of sodium bicarbonate in convenient, Bicarb Delayed-release Capsules. Each capsule is precisely formulated for athletes looking to improve their performance during high-intensity efforts by combating blood acidity and delaying the onset of fatigue.

Take 1 serving (10 capsules) with 500 ml of water approximately 60 minutes before intense exercise. This provides 10 grams of sodium bicarbonate.

Alternatively, calculate your dosage based on 0.2 to 0.3 grams of sodium bicarbonate per kilogram of bodyweight. Divide this dosage into two servings: one taken two hours before exercise and one taken an hour before.
