It's lighter than before and comes with the all new full-length MIZUNO ENERZY midsole to provide a soft landing and smooth toe-off and is 17% softer and delivers 15% more energy return. Combined with newly designed parallel-shaped WavePlate, Mizuno has produced the most propulsive and smoothest ride yet. The new shape of the Parallel WavePlate provides support and cushioning and an improved transition. To finish off, an all new engineered mesh upper that features a new PU print execution provides a premium seamless feel that is soft, breathable and flexible. This is combined with a gusseted tongue construction to hug the midfoot for a more secure and superior fit.
