Maurten Gel Mix Flask 350 ml is a soft flask made specifically for fueling with Gel Mix 480 when training or racing. Designed to be carried in a running vest, waist belt, or back pocket. Equipped with a SpeedFill™ cap for fast refills and a bite valve for fueling easily over challenging terrain.

1.Fill flask to the line with 200 ml of water.

2.If wanting to personalize taste, add preferred Addition first and shake.

4.Shake flask vigorously again until dissolved.
