Maurten Drink Mix 320 is a carbohydrate sports fuel that uses Hydrogel Technology. Unlike other sports drinks, it transforms from a liquid to a hydrogel in the stomach. This helps to reduce the sensation of liquid sloshing in the stomach. It is designed to help athletes consume carbohydrate liquid fuel during high-intensity training and racing.
Drink Mix 320 contains 80 grams of carboyhydrates when dissolved in 500ml of water.
Please note that the Drink Mix formulation was updated from the original formulation. The packaging for the new formulation just has an 'M' on the lower front part of the packet. In contrast, the packaging for the old formulation has an 'M' with 'MAURTEN' written underneath on the lower front part of the packaging.
