The Ledlenser KidLED4R in Purple is the rechargeable version of the KidlLED children's head torch range — the same fun multi-colour design, white and colour light modes, blink signalling and child-specific safety features as the KidLED2, but with a built-in rechargeable battery that charges via Micro-USB in just 60 minutes. At 25g it is the lightest kids head torch in the Ledlenser range, and it is available in four colours: blue, red, green and purple.

The automatic 20-minute switch-off, pressure-sensitive safety headband, integrated metal clip and detachable washable headband are all carried over from the KidLED2 — with the addition of rechargeable convenience that removes the ongoing cost and waste of disposable AAA batteries. For families who already manage rechargeable devices for their children, the Kidled4R fits naturally into that routine.
