The High 5 ZERO Protect is a sugar-free effervescent tablet, which helps you stay hydrated and supports your immune system. ZERO Protect can be mixed to your preferred strength, but High 5 recommends one tablet in 500ml of water.

It makes a light and refreshing electrolyte drink, that helps replace the electrolytes lost through sweat. The addition of vitamin C, vitamin D3 and folic acid may help your immune system.
