Stretch fabric panels allow for unrestricted movement and the bottom hem has an adjustable drawcord allowing you to wear it tight or loose. Stretchable inserts at the cuffs stop the sleeves riding up and are great if you wear a watch when you run. The placement of the shoulder seams allow you to easily wear a backpack over the top.
